All applicants for 8(a) a Certification must submit a Narrative Statement of Economic Disadvantage that properly describes their personal experiences stemming from prejudice and/or bias that they have experienced in their lifetime.
The 3 economic narratives provided in this package have been accepted by the SBA, only the information specific to our clients identities have been changed to protect their privacy. These samples show the specific level of detail you need to document within your narrative statement of economic disadvantage to meet the SBA's requirements.
